In-Store Purchases:

When shopping at our physical stores, please take the time to inspect your products thoroughly with the assistance of our sales associates. If any issues arise after you leave the store, no exchanges or returns will be permitted unless the issue is covered by the product’s warranty.

Online Purchases:

For online orders, a refund initiation requires you to provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the product at the time of receipt. Without this video proof, we cannot process any refunds. Here are the detailed steps and conditions for returns and refunds:

Upon Receiving Your Order:

Inspect the product immediately. If you notice any manufacturing defects or issues, contact our hotline within 24 hours of receipt.
Ensure that the product is unscratched and the original packaging is intact. Any damage to the product or its packaging will disqualify it from being returned.

Incorrect Product Received:

If the box appears to contain the wrong product, do not open or tamper with it. Contact our customer service immediately to report the issue. Opening and using the product will render it non-returnable.

Change of Mind or Incompatibility:

Products that are accurately described and received without any faults cannot be returned or exchanged if they are later found to be incompatible with your setup or if you change your mind.

Software and Licenses:

Purchases of software and software licenses are final and non-refundable.

Refund Process and Charges:

Refunds processed through Mobile Financial Services, Online Gateway, and POS payments will incur applicable charges. It’s important to note that these charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

With specific reasoning, product(s) will be allowed to be returned and refunded back to you within 3 to 10 working days and in the case of online purchase, the procedure may take longer to execute.

Courier Deliveries:

If customers found broken or packet-damaged products then we are requesting not to receive the product from the courier service. If the customer receives courier damaged product then he/she has to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won’t be acceptable.

Cashback Deductions:

If you received any cashback during the initial payment, the cashback amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.
