Delivery Policy

How Byte City BD processes, ships and confirms your order, and what to do if something goes wrong. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms below.

Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Processing time can vary depending on the product and its availability.

Delivery methods

We offer standard shipping and express shipping, depending on the product and your location. Digital products or services, where offered, are delivered by email or through your account on our website.

Shipping address

Please give accurate and complete shipping details when you order. Byte City BD is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Shipping restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on location or local regulations. Please check and comply with these before you place an order.

Delivery confirmation

After a successful delivery you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant details, including tracking information where applicable.

Shipping delays

We work hard to meet every delivery date. Unforeseen events such as bad weather, customs delays or other external factors can cause delays, and we appreciate your understanding.

Returns due to non-delivery

If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered (for example, an incorrect address), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
